At Bekker's Catering, we have the privilege of doing what we love for a living.  At hundreds of events every year, we serve a wide range of clients, from large corporations with 10,000 plus employees to small family units who choose not to cook for their gatherings.  Although we always encourage feedback so we can improve upon what we do, often we are truly touched by the sincere appreciation and compliments we receive on a regular basis.  If anyone ever wonders why we do it, the answer lies in these words, which are an unedited sample of the written correspondence we receive on a regular basis ...
